Winter is coming – just not till spring. After two years of long wait, the finale of Game of Thrones season 8 will premiere on HBO on Sunday, April 14. Several fan sites of the show have reported that the runtime of the final six episodes of the show has been leaked online.
Since the release of the short teaser, there are a lot of theories and rumors floating around about what will happen to our heroes, arch-enemies, and foes. The short preview featured Jon alongside Sansa (Sophie Turner) and Arya (Maisie Willams) in the Stark family crypt as they encountered creepy statues of themselves and braced for the arrival of the freeze. Talking about the show, it will pick up where the last season let off. Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) bent the knee and, um, also other body parts to Daenreys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) just as his brother warg around through time enough to confirm Jon’s true identity as her nephew. The Night King’s army has breached the wall at East Watch of far north with the help of ice breathing zombie ice dragon.
Fansite Winter Is Coming has reported that a group of French TV channels, Orange Cinema series held a presentation recently to tease the upcoming HBO show. They also mentioned that the first two episodes of the season will be 60 minutes each while the rest will be 80 minutes each. The show’s fan will be treated to a lot of dragons, drama and destruction in the upcoming eighth and final season. Prepare accordingly for the epic surprises of George R.R. Martin’s epic drama based on A Song of Ice and Fire.
